There’s no breakfast like an Elizinn breakfast

In Turkey, breakfast isn’t just a meal, it’s a whole culture. Our breakfasts reflect that. Moreover, they are made from only the best ingredients, and are so big and so varied that you won’t know what to dive into first.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
To quote the late Turkish poet Cemal Süreyya: “Whether you live to eat, or eat to live, I should hope that you don’t skip out on breakfast.” We make our breakfast spreads in the spirit of those words. If you don’t plan on eating anything else all day, at least have one of our breakfasts – it’ll keep you full the whole day. If your hungry and you know it, clap your hands! Our classic Turkish breakfasts come in a variety of shapes and sizes – village, Aegean.. etc. The differences are in the nuances. Common to (almost) all however is your choice of poğaça, simit, bottomless black tea, eggs (sunny side up or hard boiled), menemen (scrambled eggs stewed in tomato sauce), cheese, ground beef, soujuk, kavurma (sautéed meat), olives... We’ve also got gözleme (thin Turkish crepes made from a phylo-like dough and stuffed with cheese and potatoes) as well as an array of breakfast soups - a taste of rural Anatolia.
